Thank you for your patronage of Japan Airlines.
It has come to our attention that there have been cases of Japan Airlines tickets being sold illegally through internet auctions and other means.
Examples:
- An airline ticket that was issued with name of non-onboarding passenger
- An awards ticket that was issued to a person who was not an Award user (Award members are required to comply with the JMB Rules and Conditions)
- An airline ticket that was purchased with an illegal credit card
In case of Customers who are found to be in possession of such a ticket, the ticket are not available for on-board.
We therefore ask all customers to exercise sufficient caution when purchasing airline tickets.
